Automatic withdrawal set up for the wrong day?
I have an automatic payment coming out on 09/26/2020 was informed that i also had one on 09/21/20 which didn’t go through and services for suspended. I did not make a payment date for 09/21/2020 the agent doesn’t see me making one either. Now I stranded without services to work the new job i just acquired. This is horrible customer service 😕
