Automatic Payments and Paperless Billing discount gone

My bill on the past 2 bills was $10 higher and on closer inspection it looks like it's because one of my discounts expired even though I was under the impression if you had auto-pay on it would just be on there indefinitely. Is this not the case?

Hey @user_l3bfoa So this does depend on the type of plan/package promotion you have/had on your account. We can absolutely help go through your account to see what expired.
