Oh no, @user_0b5228, I am sorry to hear you have run into this problem. First, to be on the safe side if you need to make a one-time payment you can always use this link

http://customer.xfinity.com/lite. This link will take you to our quick bill pay online. You will just need to verify little information to make that payment quickly.

I am huge fan of automatic payment as well. As Agents, we don't enter credit/debit or checking information for customers. Comcast has a "hands off" approach for security. That being said, we can help make sure you are able to update that information. What happens when you attempt to change your information online. Do you get an error? Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? What web browser are you using?

@XfinityAnna I have Xfinity mobile and Xfinity internet. The internet is working fine, but every time I try to log into my billing for the mobile it says “A rendering error occured: null is not an object”. I clicked your link and all it did was bring me to the already paid internet bill, not the mobile. It would not allow me to switch to the other bill or anything else.

Thank you for the additional details, @user_0b5228. I did take a look for any known issues with the site, and I am not seeing anything on our end. I would try the troubleshooting steps I mentioned above first and then try logging onto the Xfinity Mobile site again. With Xfinity Mobile you must set up automatic payments (no one-time payments). The site I provided above is limited to residential service.

Due to account security we have no access to Xfinity Mobile accounts here on social media. We ask that you reach out to them directly. The expert mobile team can be reached at 1-888-936-4968. They are available 24 hours/day, seven days/week. You can also reach out using this link https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/support. Scroll down to the bottom of the support page and click "Ask Xfinity". I have had great luck using this chat option with them in the past. If you need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.

I no longer work for Comcast.
