automated system
your automated system is a failure, and does not work at all, i had a problem w/ my bedroom t.v. that just would not come on for a week
finally after having signals sent all week from xfinity, they sent a tech out , he came out and talked to support about a hour trying to get the t.v. on no luck
finally he was told to change the box, so he went to his truck and got a smaller box i think it was a rf small box and after another 15 minutes thru support he got it to work
so i asked him before leaving that i would not have to pay 100.00 correct and he said no,,, so after a few days i get a message that my next bill would include a 100.00 installation fee
and i called customer service, spoke to a very seasoned person who listened and understood that it was not my fault and credited me the fee that i would have to pay for the next bill
poorly done by xfinity after being a customer for 18yrs
