To change your Xfinity autopay method, use the Xfinity app or website by navigating to the "Manage Billing" section, selecting "Bill settings," and choosing "Manage Autopay" to update or turn off automatic payments. Only Primary or Manager users can update this information. Here is a link for how toSet up or turn off automatic payments on your Xfinity account. Scroll down to the section that says To update your payment preferences.
