Auto Pay

Hello! I just set up my account in August and my first bill is due September 8th with Auto Pay. First, I'm confused because online it says auto pay is scheduled for September 7th but on the Xfinity App it says auto pay is scheduled for September 8th. Second, the problem is that now the date is September 9th and auto pay still hasn't charged my card. I have the money in my account so low funds isn't the issue. Does auto pay take a day or two to process? Is that why it hasn't taken money out of my account yet? I also don't see where it says "processing" either online or on the app. I just REALLY don't want to be charged a late fee because there is an issue with auto pay. I've tried Xfinity chat on the app and I tried calling but somehow I could never connect with a representative. Does anyone know what to do about this issue?

SO! My questions have been answered and the auto pay finally kicked in today, September 9th. It takes about 24hrs for it to actually process. Good to know! I learned this from other xfinity customers while reading the forums as well. I still wonder why it showed 2 different auto pay dates on the app and the website though.
