Auto Pay - Missed Payment
Hello: I have had auto pay successfully scheduled for the entire history of my service with Xfinity. My account is usually charged within the first few days of each month. Balancing my checkbook, I realized the Xfinity payment had not taken place. Logging in to my Xfinity account, there is no payment in place, and now there is a late charge on the account. This was not a failure to pay on my part or a bad faith "miss" on a payment. I have made the payment, including the late charge, that was due at the beginning of January 2026; I would appreciate a return of the late fee. I am also concerned that my anticipated payment for February seems higher than my usual bill, and would like to make sure I'm not about to be overcharged for a supposed late fee.

Hello user_ktln9a! Thanks for reaching out and identifying that error. I'm sorry that the last autopay payment did not process as you set up on the account. I've had this happen on my account as well, but I discovered it was an issue with the card being expired. Simple mistake and something we can easily help you with. I would be happy to review the account to help with the late fee and ensure that your next payment and account balance are accurate.
