Auto Pay Issues

I've had auto payment setup from my savings account via account # and routing # since day 1 to get my auto payment discount.  My first auto payment went through with no issues.  The last 4 auto payments were denied and removed.  I reached out to Xfinity the past 3 times to sort it out, and it's been useless.  I've been 'assured' this won't happen again.  Low and behold it happened again.

Can someone actually figure out why this is happening???  Auto payment was set up to be mindless and yet there is no root cause to the issue.

I can understand your frustration. Auto Pay is supposed to make things easier, not create more work for you. If your payments have been removed four times in a row after you've already reached out for help, I'd be upset too. I'd like to take a closer look and see if there's a specific reason the payments are being rejected or returned. Please send me a direct message with your full name and service address, and I'll review the account details and payment history. Once I can see what's happening behind the scenes, I'll do my best to help identify the cause and find a solution.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I know this has been a frustrating experience, and I'm happy to help investigate further.
