Auto pay failed

How do I get it to work? Wasted so much time on the automated phone number. Would like to speak to a representative to get it resolved so I can move on with my life.

We can't edit payment information, but we can help with walking you through the settings! We leave the power and permissions all in your hands. When you go through these steps, which step do you come across an error or message and what is that error?

Power and permissions = we have to do everything now. You'll have us climbing the poles next.

With settings and registering the permissions to automatically withdraw from your account being in your hands, it eliminates the wait time when trying to work over the phone and makes any changes you'd like to make available to you at any time of day (or night) from any choice of device when logged into your account.

Were you able to complete the automatic payment setup in the steps on the link provided above?
