@user_y0003l Yes. When you sign up for automatic payments and paperless billing and have an eligible package or level of service, you’ll receive a discount on your monthly Xfinity bill. The discount will begin within 45 days. Depending on the timing, the discount may not always appear on your next statement but will appear on your following bill.
The amount of the discount is determined by your automatic payment method:
$10 for payments made directly from a checking or savings bank account
@XfinityBenny I was planning to switch to automatic withdrawal from my bank account, but then I noticed that I do not appear to be receiving a $2 discount for my current payment method of making payments from a credit card. Are those discounts still valid as of Feb. 25, 2025, or perhaps you could tell me where to look on my bill to see where the discount is listed.
user_o261m1 If your current Xfinity service plan qualifies for an autopay/paperless billing discount you will see the discount listed on page 3 of your current billing statement. It will be in a discount section, under regular monthly charges.
