Auto Pay Discount when paying with credit card

Hi Comcast,

I and I'm sure many others are extremely disappointed in the modification of giving full auto pay discounts only when our checking accounts are directly connected to your bill pay. This is ridiculous. Consumers should be allowed to pay however they want without losing any benefits. I also got a notice from T-Mobile about this practice to.

Myself and many friends have had comcast for almost 20 years and I am now considering switching my plan to a competitor like ATT that allows full auto pay discount when credit card auto pay is used.

I want auto pay on a credit card, I want my full discount, and the longer I am a customer I want price discounts.
