auto pay $10 discount

I just signed up for auto pay and was promised $10 monthly discount. I do not expect to pay $60 when I was promised $50 per month.  I do not see that discount on my bill.  Where is it? I assume I will receive this discount retro active to the start of my contract.  Can you verify that I will receive this discopunt from the start of my billing. I have received my first online billing.  thank you

Happy Friday, @user_d1c2f1. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to our team! First, in order to receive the $10 discount, you must enroll in auto pay and paperless billing. Both must be active on the account. Once enrolled, it can take up to 45 days for the discount to be applied on to the account. 

 

If you signed up for this during the customer approval flow, it will be applied from the start.
