Auto Draft Charge After Cancellation

I submitted to have my service cancelled on 6/29/2023 due to moving. I received an email confirmation of my request stating my “last day of service” is 6/29/2023 12:00:00 AM. Unfortunately, it has continued to be auto drafted for $162.23 monthly on 7/7, 8/7, 9/7, 10/10 and 11/07 for a total of $811.15 before I caught this huge mistake. 

I called billing and so far have been told that it was not acknowledged in the system so it could be refunded. This must be a mistake and cannot be correct. Please help.
