August Billing Increase 24.4%
My wife and I have been loyal Comcast internet/cable TV customers for over 27 years. I just received an email regarding our monthly bill that is incredibly insulting. Since we are loyal diamond customers, Comcast is going to give us a $20 monthly discount starting in August. I logged into our account and found that our monthly bill in August will increase 24.4%! I tried calling the customer service number with no luck, tried to use the chat to try to get the bot to hand me over to a human with no luck. This is my last option other than driving over to a store. I am happy to continue to pay the monthly amount we now pay. There is no way we are going to stay with cable TV if you charge us almost 25% more each month. What do I need to do to talk to a human and get some help?
