August Billing Increase 24.4%

My wife and I have been loyal Comcast internet/cable TV customers for over 27 years. I just received an email regarding our monthly bill that is incredibly insulting. Since we are loyal diamond customers, Comcast is going to give us a $20 monthly discount starting in August. I logged into our account and found that our monthly bill in August will increase 24.4%! I tried calling the customer service number with no luck, tried to use the chat to try to get the bot to hand me over to a human with no luck. This is my last option other than driving over to a store. I am happy to continue to pay the monthly amount we now pay. There is no way we are going to stay with cable TV if you charge us almost 25% more each month. What do I need to do to talk to a human and get some help?

This is being sent out to customer near the end of their current promotion. The Loyalty offer is in recognition that the discount you currently receive is going to change in order to help minimize the impact. You always have the option to change to a new promotion to help keep your rates low, and that loyalty offer will apply until you do make a change to help offset the discount that expired.
