attempting to talk to a live agent about a credit
We moved in June of 2025. Account was closed and was told I had a $110 Credit that would be mailed to me. Still have not received the credit. Account [Edited: "Personal Information"]
I have tried emailing and calling the 800# ( but it seems to be connecting me to a bank) .
How can I reach someone?
