Attempting to renew contract
I currently have the Fast (400Mbps) internet package with xFi Complete (primarily for the unlimited data) for $65 per month. However, upon looking at my latest billing statement, I see that this promotional pricing is scheduled to end on January 21, 2024. At which point the service is scheduled to nearly double in price to approximately $121 per month, which I simply cannot afford. Therefore, I’m attempting to proactively reach out to see if there are any options available to either renew my existing contract or perhaps even upgrade my current internet service with a promotional package/contract that would be a comparable price or only a moderate billing increase (preferably no more than $90 per month). I’ve had issues with internet coverage and dead spots throughout my home, so I’m willing to consider upgrading my internet plan to a faster speed if it means getting one of the newer/advanced xFi gateways (which would presumably have better range), so long as the price to do so is reasonable.
