Attempting to Pay Bill.
Attempting to Pay Bill. It will not accept any payments on line or phone. Online I get a blank page. Yesterday It said this service is unavailable try again later. Any attempt to pay on the phone, no matter the payment method, says declined. To include my CC. I have funds fully available in all accounts. What is going on?

Hello, @user_2ece19 the system may be going through an update. Is it possible to try another payment method to test things further? Otherwise, if this was your experience late Saturday or early Sunday see if the same error occurs later in the day on Sunday.
