At&t is better

I switched to Xfinity just 3months back

And recently asked Xfinity support to remove phone services(which was complementary)

At the time of removing services xfinity agent told me it's complementary and it won't impact your bill whereas it will reduce my bill.Definitely I agreed to this and my bill supposed to come around 35dollars

And now it has shown up 65 dollars

When I am checking with xfinity customer care he is saying you had already confirmed this in text consent.

How to get correct information what was discussed during my conversation with agent.

To me it's total false information presented

And I would say go for At&t it's stable and reliable also

Xfinity tries to push so many things in your bill and suddenly when you change their bill plan you will see so many hidden charges appearing in you bill

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Are you referring to Experts or Official Employees like @XfinityMichaelC ?

I am not a Comcast Employee.
I am a Customer Expert volunteering my time to help other customers here in the Forums.

@user_00007 The Xfinity Employee can't help you without looking into your account. In order to get into your account, the Xfinity Employee needs personal information to find out who you are. So if you send a DM to @Xfinity Support as explained above, someone from Xfinity should be able to help you and give you correct information.

If you already tried that, then I don't know what else to do.
