At what point does Xfinity report late payments to credit reporting agencies like Experian and Expedia?

I missed one month, then was a few days late on the next month which included the previous balance. I'm concerned it may impact my FICO score.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hey there, @user_7ed5bd. Great question! Xfinity does not report late payments to credit reporting agencies like Experian or TransUnion. Instead, when a customer's account is hard disconnected due to unpaid balances, the account is sent to an Outside Collection Agency (OCA), which may report the debt to the major credit bureaus. Customers should contact the OCA directly for any disputes regarding charges or credit reporting questions, as Xfinity will not provide this information.

See, this is my problem with xfinitity.  I had to call twice to disconnect service and both were told to simply turn off autopay which is a false way of disconnecting.  Xfinity needs to put an option in user account for option to cancel service.

I have this on transcript.  Basically Xfinity does indirectly send unpaid bills to collections.
