Assistance with billing increases - long time customer

I have been a very long term Comcast customer. Receintly my Internet bill has almost doubled for the same service.  I would appreciate if a representative would contact me regarding any promotions that may be available for long term customers in good standing.

Could a comcast rep please contact me to discuss my options? Other providers are offering comparable services much cheaper that what my rate was hiked to.
