Assistance with Bill and Discount Options

Hello,

My 24-month contract discount of $33.00 has recently ended, and I’ve also noticed that my automatic payment discount has decreased from $10.00 to $2.00. This has caused my monthly bill to increase significantly from $65.00 to $93.00, which is a substantial impact on our budget.

I would like to learn more about how I might qualify for the 5-year promotional discount or any other available discounts that could help lower my bill. Your guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.
