Assistance Needed: Returned Equipment Still Showing as Outstanding

Hi,
To clarify the equipment situation:
  • I had two properties, and at both previous locations, I used my own modem.
  • After moving, I received two modems at my new home by mistake.
  • I returned the extra modem and have the receipt and images to prove it.
Despite this, I am now receiving repeated emails and texts stating that I did not return the modem, which is not accurate.
Can someone please assist in resolving this?
