Arrangments

Hi. I had a chat conversation with agent that confirmed an arrangement for  feb 28 and promised to keep the service .. i schedule the payments and the service was disconnected. Who will be able to help. I saved the chat .

When you scheduled that payment, did you also take the steps to create a payment arrangement through the self-service options, or just a regular scheduled payment? This is a great 'Walkthrough' to help with setting up payment arrangements.
