Approval needed - but I don't want to approve it
Looking for a response from a Comcast rep so I can communicate with you via PM.
I'm getting prompted @ every login to Comcast sites to approve changes to my bill. You want to add two boxes to my account but I just (yesterday) visited an Xfinity store (against my better judgment, because you were unable to resolve it any other way) to return / swap some boxes for my specific needs.
I should not have any more set top boxes added to my account, so I want that approval request cleared.
