Another bill increase? Pretty upset about it.

Hello,   I noticed my last bill increased yet again and im now spending more for less speed than the average customer ? Ive been a loyal customer for over 20 years.  I'd like to work something out so I dont need to look around at other options. Hoping we can make an arrangement to lower my bill...its already more than i can afford.  I'd appreciate any assistance in this.  Thanks.
