an update on payment method
I update my payment method on May 2 to my visa ending [Edited: Personal Information] . My account # is [Edited: Personal Information]. i goat an email today saying to updaate payment method to avoid disrutioon in service [Edited: Personal Information]. It says it was not able to process a recent payment of $98.83. and if I don't make a payment within 1 day my service wll be disrupted. They want my credit card info. What is this?

To send a direct message:

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
