an update on payment method

I update my payment method on May 2 to my visa ending [Edited: Personal Information] . My account # is [Edited: Personal Information]. i goat an email today saying to  updaate payment method to avoid disrutioon in service [Edited: Personal Information].  It says it was not able to process a recent payment of $98.83. and if I don't make a payment within 1 day my service wll be disrupted. They want my credit card info. What is this?

I can understand the concern if you have received an email stating a payment needs to be made and you haven't been able to update the payment information. A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
