Here are the eligiblity requirements outlined on the website:
1. Participate in qualifying assistance programs or qualify based on your income: Programs include the National School Lunch Program, housing assistance, Medicaid, and SNAP (there is a full list on the website)
2. You’re not an existing Xfinity Internet customer, or have not had Xfinity Internet within the last 90 days.
3. Have no outstanding Comcast balance. No debt owed on any Comcast account that is less than 1 year old.
