Am' I really going to lose my Essentials Plus Internet plan if my past due is not paid by midnight tonight?? (1/6/2023)

While in-store on 12/6/2022 getting my Xfinity free internet (via the Affordable Connectivity Program) a mistake was made by the representative applying my approval info into Xfinity's system. So am I really going to lose my internet in April if it's not paid by 11:59pm on 1/6/2023...even though it wasn't my fault?
