Am I actually getting a loyalty discount for the next 12 months?

My promotional discount just expired and my bill went up from $35 to $94. However, when I log into my account, I get this message:

”Great news! You're getting another year of savings on your Xfinity services

As a thank you for being a customer, you'll see a

"Loyalty Discount" credit applied to your bill for 12 additional months after your current promotion ends.”

Does this mean that for the next 12 months, the amount of the loyalty discount will be deducted from my bill? There isn’t anywhere  that says for sure. Please help.
