All paid but says no longer active

Hello, new here to the community. It’s after hours and I can’t call anyone (which is kinda weird to not be able to reach someone 24/7). I came home to saying my internet and account are no longer active. It says pay the past due now. I already paid last week on the 12th (my due date) with auto pay. Also, it says $0 due now. I can’t find an answer, and again can’t call customer service because apparently it’s outside of hours. I am all paid up, it even says my most recent bill from the 16th of a $0 balance forward, no past due, and my bank account still shows that money was taken out. This has never happened before. It’s ridiculous, especially not being able to reach someone 24/7 with an important question—what if I worked from home at night and had this question. Makes no sense. Everything I can see on my account says my autopay from the 12th went through, I’m paid up, my bank etc. but it says to pay to get caught up. Also, I never received any kind of notification something could have been wrong with my account, or past due etc. I have confirmations “thanks for your recent payment”
