All lies with internet pricing
My internet bill goes up 3 dollars every month. Customer service just lies and actually says they will lower it and never do. When I call back they try sell me higher internet prices. I just heard a radio commercial about there prices never changing for 5 years. Please no one should believe this lie. They will raise your bill and just keep lying and kicking you off customer service call til you give up. I’ve also reported them to the BBB

Charges like that may be due to one-off situations where, a bill was partially paid so there were rolled over previous charges, late fees, purchases and rentals among others. However, if you have a set promotion, such as the 5 yr price lock, and there were no purchases, statement paid in full then there would be no reason for any continous increases over each month.
