Agents lie over and over

I’ve tried to send this like 10 times now and when go to post says error! I just want help from someone who will actually do there jobs! I’m filing a complaint with the fcc because I spent 8hrs on the phone the other day because agents want to pass you off act like their helping the. Hang up the supervisors are just as bad

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
