Agent upgrading my account without authorization from me
Online I requested a simple payment arrangement for $65 dollars total balance which is due tomorrow and I wanted to pay it May 26th instead the agent which I do have the agent alledged name offered me a different plan and I said no thank you instead of listening to me. The agent changed my plan now my bills $166 dollars next month . I have attempted all today to get help by other agents called in and talked to 3 different security customer service and got no help and never got my payment arrangement for the $65 that is due tomorrow. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Also tried to set up a automatic payment without my authorization. What kind of people are working for Xfinity!
