Again taken advantage of and lied to by a service rep

 2025 tou ran 5 years for 65 flat. Thats how you kwpt me from cancelling because i felt lied to before. All of a sudden a year later my bill is 30% higher i  get a virtual rep and they tell me no i signed for a year during the time they were running 5 yrs. So i was kept by a liar and cslled a liar by next person trying yo keep me. That was their strategy to me. I dont expect any service from this reiview cause thats what they can promise is nothing. Since it is like not having people now to help i hope Xfinity is close to doing a digital pivot with their infrastructure and just let AI  handle the work instead of all over the world who dont care or want to do right by customers. This is my 2026 review of Xfinity and their services
