After moving, my Xfinity service came with me. I need to access the older address billing statements from 2023. How can I get these?
Surprisingly, Customer Service could not help me get the statement because it was the OLDER address. How can I get them?
The statements I want are from this year, and I do no understand why I not able to.

Chatting with Xfinity Support through forums was not able to help me either. I had to make an appointment at an Xfinity store. Even they had to figure it out, but were finially able to do it. I appeicate that the employees were nice and tried their best to help me. Thank you.
I hope Xfinity notes this issue, and tries to improve their system, so their customers are not tossed around from place to place over a simple request.

Hello, @rk101. Thanks for taking us with you during your move, your loyalty means a lot to us. Do you know if your account is linked to your Xfinity username? You can have multiple accounts attached to your username. This could give you access to the account of your old address. Please follow this link for more information https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts.

Let's see what we can do to get this resolved for you as soon as possible.
Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?
To send a direct message [private message]:
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
