After 15 years at $400 month invoicing it’s about time for me to move on from Xfinity due to 5 month run around.
5 month run around since March 21, 2025. Put in for tv changes to decrease bill to $326. Every month I am still being charged $383. Today I sat in phone 1 hour between 3 different customer reps who consistently dropped me back into the queue without even notifying me. Simply I guess since they couldn’t probably explain why? Might be time for me just to move the $400 month to Verizon. Totally frustrating day with Xfinity!

Would love to hear from someone at Xfinity above a rep, like management where the customer may be right???

My tv, internet and home security that were supposed to be changed, I requested to cancel the changes due to some of the programs I did not know would be cancelled like Netflix etc. Back office worked to cancel the changes keeping my service as is. But this created a pause with my Netflix account billing through Xfinity. It is asking for payment to un pause my subscription.
