Affordable Connectivity Program

Hi,

How do I get the Affordable Connectivity Program credit applied to my account? I tried to contact Comcast through the other channels but apparently no representatives are available. I have been approved I just need the credit applied. Please advise.

I went to the "correct link for enrollment" you sent. It did take me to my customer portal with Xfinity. I had applied through the ACP website ( https://www.fcc.gov/acp ) and not through Comcast. All I did was go through the first page of the application on my customer portal. I used the same information I used on the Affordable Connectivity site and received this "We’re processing your request. Expect to receive an email status update in 3-5 business days. Once you’re approved and have activated services at your new address, you may see your ACP credit on your second bill." Thank you for your help!

In case someone else is having issues here are some steps to follow.

1) I originally searched for the Affordable Connectivity program via Google.

2) I signed up here (https://www.fcc.gov/acp)

3) It took a few days before I received my approval notice.

4) Once you receive your approval go to ( https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/emergency-broadband-benefit-enroll ). Scroll down to (Do you have a National Verifier ID or participate in Lifeline?) and click the (Apply with Xfinity) button. You will be taken to your Xfinity customer portal and to the sign up application. Provide the information it asks and that is it. Side note: If you apply through Xfinity you will be asked more questions about income or any other programs you are a part of. If you go through ( https://www.fcc.gov/acp ) you will be asked for the same financial information.

5) You can sign up through Xfinity by going to ( https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/emergency-broadband-benefit-enroll ) This route is most likely easier.

That is basically what I did. I hope this will help others.

Thank you for the reply. The link you posted takes me to the application. I have already applied and was approved. I signed into my account and do not see anywhere to go to apply the credit. I won't be calling since that takes all day and I can't go that route. Is there another place to go to apply the credit?

@user_d7decc Forgive me for the invalid link. I understand calling is a bit of a delay. I checked again and according to our enrollment site this is the correct link for enrollment. Can you please try this link. Unfortunately I do not have the option to test it on my side since I do not have the right criteria for testing.
