Affordable connectivity program

I was a part of the affordable connectivity program,now all the sudden I have a $100. Xfinity bill. I was under the impression that if I ever lost this program that I would have been notified. But I was not. Also my identity was hacked so I'm not sure if this was something someone else did. How can I fix this?

To send a direct message:
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line not the Employee's name
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
