AEW All In

I purchased the AEW All In PPV and chose the option to record as I would be at work will the event was live. When I got home I noticed it didn’t record. I went to the in demand channel and was able to watch the last 52 minutes. I then went to my dvr and discovered that AEW All In was listed as a recording but it was only the 52 minutes that I watched. I paid for the whole PPV. How do we fix this?
