Advertised Price Different Than Final Price & Constant Website Access Issues
Hello,
When recently changing my plan, the advertised all-in price was $100/mo then on the final page the all-in price became $110/mo. Furthermore, I believe I have changed my montly plan to this?? However, there is no sign of it in my account and it only reflects the current plan. I understand my current plan stays in effect through the billing cycle, but I do not see anything indicating the plan will change "as of" XX date and allowing me to review the terms of the new account if needed. The price for the new plan should be $100/mo all-in, not $110/mo.

Second issue, when trying to update auto-billing information, I receive this message. This has been happening for many weeks. Your website seems to have constant loading, access, and functionality issues. It constantly redirects you in circles with a wildly, unnecessarily complicated site map. All of which is very disconcerting for a telecommunications company to not be able to have a consistent, quick, well-functioning website. I have all possible brower settings adjusted to permit functionality (third-party allowances, no ad-blockers, cache clear, etc.) and yet the issues persist.
