Hi there @superguy69, thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Xfinity Community Forums! I can understand your concerns regarding the Regional Sports Network Fee. I do want to let you know that the The Regional Sports Network Fee is an itemized charge on your bill based on our costs of providing the regional sports networks we carry on our cable systems in each area. These costs include the fees that regional sports networks charge us to carry them on our cable systems, fees that are among the fastest growing components of our programming costs. We typically wouldn't credit those fees in most situations, but I would definitely like to discuss this further if you had questions or wanted to express concerns about the fee or if you were owed a credit for the fee.

This adjustment is most likely for the time last year when there were no live sports being shown but customers were still being charged.  The adjustment credit should cover those months and should show up as a credit on the customer's billing statement.

@user_094c1d, all you should need to do is sign in using the link posted. It has been a while since this issue was in effect so it may be best for us to review the account.  If you have used the link and are experiencing trouble use the chat icon on the top right to send a message to "Xfinity Support." If we can get your name and service address in a 'Peer to Peer" message we can manually fix the account if needed.
