I received a similar letter and found no place to submit the request. What is the deal?

I received a letter requesting me to go to "xfinity.com/adjustment" for an apparently non-existing site and non-existing form. This would be relating to a courtesy adjustment for regional sports fees charged without service. I left Comcast/Xfinity because of your continued poor customer service. However I as most issues have been resolved I am again a customer and would appreciate a return of these regional fees incurred.  If This is the required form then, wonderful. If not, please send it to me so I might complete it properly.

Thank yo in advance
