Adding wife onto billed statement

Hi, I saw on here that I can add my wife onto the billed statement. Can I still do it online or do I have to go instore and do it.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
