Adding Unlimited Data

I have been trying to add unlimited data to my account for over a month now and it always says Temporarily Unavailable. Calling support did not help either. Can someone please message me so can add this? Straight fraud at this point to offer an option to avoid overages and then make it fail in the checkout process.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
 
In the meantime, please do not send a PM to an Official Employee unless requested because it is against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Thank you for this information Robert, I am showing that we have the feature for $30.00. To continue with adding the feature I will need to send an approval via email or text message, the approval will need to be accepted within 15 minutes or the form will expire. Please let me know how you would like for the terms of service to be sent.
