Adding unlimited data w/ keeping my own equipment
It has already been asked a million times here, but I am trying to add unlimited data to my account. I get the temporarily unavailable page (since September). Tried calling 800-XFINITY and that was to no avail. The technician said I was not eligible for that plan even though I live in Utah and receive 1.2 TB a month of data. I am hoping to be able to PM an employee here to do this for me manually, if possible.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
