Adding spouse's name to Xfinity bill

How do I add my spouse's name to my Xfinity bill for proof of residence?

While Xfinity does not support adding a second name to your billing statement as we can only have one account holder listed, you do have a couple of options available:

  • You can add a second name (such as a spouse) to the mailing "Attention" line, which may be sufficient for proof of residency purposes.
  • If needed, we can also discuss transferring ownership of the account into your spouse's name.

Would one of these options meet your needs? Please let us know how you'd like to proceed, and we'll be happy to help however we can.

Yes adding an "Attention" line should be sufficient. Can you please help me with that?

Absolutely @user_59pq7z! To better assist with getting your spouse added to the "Attention" line on your bill, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account?

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
  • Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
