Adding spouse to my bill

I've been trying for awhile to add my spouse to my Xfinity internet bill and was told that she would be added but after that billing cycle she still isn't on my bill. What can I do to add her?

Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Forum. I would love to help. Are you referring to your spouse being an Authorized user to access the account or billing responsibility?

No, im looking to add her name to the bill directly. So we can have her name on the bill too.

Ok, I understand. I apologize as the option would be to transfer the account to her name not add. The process entails a form to be filled out and a request for identification. We can provide the form online and then a specialist would assist with the rest of the process.

I am sorry as we can not add her name to the account without the transfer, which would remove the current account holder.

Yeah, we'd be willing to transfer it into her name. Anything to get her on the bill.

We would love to start this process. It would be faster if done in store as well. Please send us a private message so we can assist.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it.
