Adding spouse to billing statement
Hello,
I have contacted two different agents with peer to peer chat to add my spouse onto my billing statement (his name appears below mine) the first agent said it’s not allowed and only one of us can be on the statement. The second agent took 15 minutes to tell me they received a CPNI not authenticated message and sent me this “HOW14091” which didn’t show anything. I saw a solution from XfinityBrie from 3 years ago in how to add my spouse to my statement and it’s to do a peer to peer chat but was unsuccessful. Is this a real thing or no?

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

To have full access I need to send you a verification code to your email address or mobile number on the account and get that back from you. I do need to advise you that the link does expire after 15 minutes. Would now be okay to send the code, and where would you like me to send it to?
