Adding my parent to the internet bill
Hi there,
My mom recently moved to the U.S. and is now living with me. I’m trying to find a way to have her name added to my internet bill, since we need it as proof of address for some documents.
I noticed in this thread
I’m also new to the forum and not sure how to start a direct message—I don’t see any button or option on my page that lets me initiate one. Could someone point me in the right direction?

To send a "Direct Message":
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
