Adding family member's name to billing statement

Hello. I'm trying to see how to add a family number's name to my most recent bill because we need proof of address for DMV. I already added her to my account as manager. I searched the forum and saw official answers about sending a private message to Xfinity Support to solve this issue, but I couldn't find the icon to send a private message. Could you please help me with this? Thank you.

@user_6ae7db  This is a great question! Adding someone as an authorized user does not affect the bill. It gives someone the ability to make changes and access the account information. I have a link that goes into this information here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/primary-and-secondary-accounts.
